I think each of the major suspects attempted to murder Rock, but only the brother succeeded. Lucy turned off the lights and tried to stab him, Rock Jr. hired the assassin, the gardener tried to use a chainsaw, the daughter and her boyfriend tried to blow him up, the maid tried to poison him, Rex the Tex brought the snake to bite him, and B.O. wanted to cut off his head, but he slipped on the dog in the dark and knocked the helmet off the suit of armor.

Why don’t other detectives take a full-location picture just before the murder? Are they stupid or something?
